In more than 17 years as a marketing and communications specialist, Ncedisa Gcobo has successfully managed marketing and communication projects for the public sector, developed marketing communication best practice guidelines for a transforming society and trained government communicators in creative advertising for social marketing campaigns among others.

She founded Les Cinq Business Solutions in September 2007, an innovative enterprise that provides ideas and solutions to social problems to nonprofits, businesses (CSI departments), philanthropic organizations and government agencies.

Ncedisa believes that we can all be world changers if we could invest our skills, energy and resources to changing our environments one step at a time.

She believes that every human being was created by God for the greater good, to contribute positively in their environments for just and cohesive communities, societies, nations and the world.Ncedisa Gcobo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Fort Hare University, an Advertising diploma from the AAA School of advertising, a Project Management Programme from the University of Pretoria and a Management Advancement Programme (MAP) from the Wits Business School.

She has served in leadership positions, viz. the Monitoring and Steering Committee of the Transformation of the Marketing, Advertising and Communications Sector in South Africa, and has served as a guest lecturer for two consecutive years on the Certificate Programme on Marketing Communications for Government Communicators, which is managed by the Wits Business School.
